The Hamilton-Turner Inn was built back in 1873 for Samuel Pugh Hamilton and his wife and children. In its time it was was one of the most impressive homes in all of Savannah, and still is today. Many interesting events have happened at the Hamilton Turner Inn. This Savannah Bed and Breakfast was the first house in Savannah to have electricity. In 1997 the home was converted into the Bed and Breakfast that it is today.

However, if you want to stay at a Bed and Breakfast which is centrally located, in a beautiful area and provides refined room at a good price the Hamilton Turner Inn is definitely a place you should consider staying at.
